VRsafeIndia is a citizen safety reporting platform operated by eeAIglobal Private Limited, a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Our mission is ethical, citizen-centred technology for public good.

VRsafeIndia ಎಂಬುದು eeAIglobal ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ವರದಿ ವೇದಿಕೆ. ಸ್ಥಳ: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ.

2. What Data We Collect / ನಾವು ಯಾವ ಡೇಟಾ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ

When you submit a report, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number (for complaint tracking only); the issue description, location, district, category; and any photos, audio, video or PDF you attach as evidence.

ನೀವು ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ನಾವು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು, ಇಮೇಲ್, ಫೋನ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ); ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ವಿವರ, ಸ್ಥಳ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿದ ಫೋಟೋ, ಆಡಿಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು.

3. How Your Data Is Used / ನಿಮ್ಮ ಡೇಟಾ ಹೇಗೆ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ

Your personal details (name, phone, email) are used only to send you a tracking acknowledgement and to contact you if clarification is needed. They are never shared with any government department, public body, or third party.

The complaint content, location, category, and evidence files are forwarded to the relevant Karnataka government department after admin review. These may also appear in anonymised public accountability reports published by eeAIglobal.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿವರಗಳು (ಹೆಸರು, ಫೋನ್, ಇಮೇಲ್) ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್ ದೃಢೀಕರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ದೂರಿನ ವಿಷಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರಾವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

4. Public Reports / ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವರದಿಗಳು

Approved complaints may be included in anonymised monthly district safety reports published publicly on VRsafeIndia. Your identity is always removed before any public publication. Only the issue, location, category, and outcome are made public.

ಅನುಮೋದಿತ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ವರದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾಮಧೇಯವಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಸಬಹುದು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

5. Data Storage & Security / ಡೇಟಾ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ

All data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage), governed by Cloudflare's enterprise-grade security and data residency policies. eeAIglobal does not sell, rent, or monetise your personal data in any form.

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಡೇಟಾವನ್ನು Cloudflare ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. eeAIglobal ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಡೇಟಾವನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

6. Your Rights / ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Write to us at privacy@eeaiglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days.

ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಡೇಟಾ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2023 ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಡೇಟಾವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು, ತಿದ್ದಲು ಅಥವಾ ಅಳಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು: privacy@eeaiglobal.com

7. Consent / ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ

By submitting a report you confirm that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge, and you consent to eeAIglobal processing your data as described above for the purpose of civic safety reporting.
